Welcome!

I am a postdoctoral researcher interested in biodiversity science, and ecosystem functioning, especially in the context of global change over freshwater systems. I pursue my goals through the use of functional and taxonomic facets of biodiversity at multiple biological, spatial and temporal scales. I am fascinated by all forms of life though freshwater fish is the model group of my research. Open to collaborate in any research topic. I am an R enthusiast and this is the environment where I put the conceptual ideas and hypotheses into equations and codes. Some of my favourite spare time activities are mushroom picking, playing table tennis, and growing a beer crown cap collection (+2500 caps by now!).
